Stayton Bay Beach

-

Despite EA neglecting to bring back swimable oceans and sunbathing, there's still quite a lot of fun things to do at the beach.

I downloaded these cute inflatable sprinklers from TSR, my sim children seem to love playing with them.

The Beach Fun set, from the same creator, includes a few functional items for beaches: a picnic basket beach cooler, a playable sand castle (so toddlers can also have fun at the beach), usable beach ball, etc..

Sandy, from ATS3 made some very useful canal locks objects, including this tiny register, perfect for outdoor market's merchants.  :D

Ice cream cart

I've added an invisble counter and a food register, so I could have a NPC working here. The ice cream Sofie is holding is actually an accessory.

  4. Man, I'm drooling all over your community lots. Sadly, my main world doesn't have a beach, but this idea is too good to pass up. Love the creativity!

  6. I think you're referring to the green/white wooden thingy that's pressed against the foundations? It's not a fence, actually. It's a railroad bumper, you can find it here:
